Job summary

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of related experience, with additional years of experience substituting for formal education as needed. Fingerprinting is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five (5) years of related experience.
• Candidates without a degree should possess four (4) additional years of related experience.
• Previous related supervisory/management experience required.
• Fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, and evaluates assigned staff, handling employee concerns and performance appraisals.
• Performs complex operational and administrative duties, analyzes data, and prepares reports with practical recommendations.
• Manages daily work activities, prioritizes tasks, and ensures timely completion and compliance.
• Interacts with division/department management to review operations and provide program support.
• Oversees procurement, contracting, invoicing, and compliance matters with the Procurement Services Division.
• Contributes to budget preparation, cost estimates, and financial planning for projects.
