Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven skills in developing, implementing and executing project plans.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel to manipulate data and analyze large data sets.
• Strong communication skills with strategic and operational presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and participate in implementing business strategies to align priorities with goals.
• Develop processes and initiatives to improve care quality, efficiency, and market growth.
• Drive initiatives with provider partners, payers and market leadership to support RBE partnerships.
• Support development of innovative care models to create a world-class patient experience and care quality.
• Prioritize, track metrics, and assess ROI for new and ongoing projects.
