Job summary

TRISTAR seeks an experienced Advance Planner to support U.S. Navy modernization programs, applying advanced analytics to optimize schedules and resources.

The role collaborates with program managers, engineering teams, and government stakeholders to assess status, risks, and opportunities for improved schedule execution and mission readiness. The candidate will analyze large data sets, develop predictive models, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in operations analysis, production planning, scheduling, or related analytical disciplines.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree as listed or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze master production schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Evaluate processes to improve efficiency and resource utilization.
• Conduct analyses related to scheduling, workforce allocation, and readiness.
• Develop forecasts and performance metrics to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with supervisors and managers to resolve schedule conflicts.
• Monitor schedule performance and expedite delays to meet objectives.
• Prepare reports on production and operational performance for leadership.
