Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in operations analysis, production planning, scheduling, or related analytical disciplines.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze master production schedules to establish workflow sequencing and lead times.
• Evaluate operational processes and apply analytical methods to improve efficiency and resource utilization.
• Conduct quantitative analyses related to scheduling, workforce allocation, material availability, production performance, and operational readiness.
• Develop predictive models, forecasts, and performance metrics to support management decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Coordinate with department supervisors, project managers, and production personnel to assess project status and resolve schedule conflicts.
• Monitor schedule performance and expedite delayed activities to ensure program objectives are achieved.
• Prepare production, resource utilization, and operational performance reports for management review.
• Apply operations research techniques such as simulation, optimization, forecasting, statistical analysis, and modeling to support operational planning.
• Develop recommendations for improving production systems and organizational performance.
• Support Navy modernization planning efforts and ensure alignment with Navy Modernization Program requirements.
