Job summary

The Broad Institute seeks an Associate Director of Strategic Operations & Partnerships to lead scientific operations across a major cross-Atlantic collaboration with Danish partners. You will help shape the center's research strategy, monitor portfolios, and ensure timely execution of milestones and reporting.

Responsibilities include budgeting, governance reporting, stakeholder engagement, and driving operational excellence in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in a related scientific or biotech setting.
• Excellent communication and people skills; highly relational role.
• Experience in alliance management, scientific operations, or project management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance and project leadership communication across Broad and Danish partners.
• Develop and track budgets, timelines, and milestones; ensure milestones are met.
• Lead the preparation of annual scientific and governance reports with cross-functional teams.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across Broad, NNFC, and Danish collaborators.
• Oversee lifecycle deliverables including reports, meetings, and major project milestones.
