Job summary

The United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee seeks an Operations Manager for the Colorado Springs Olympic & Paralympic Training Center, reporting to the CSOPTC Associate Director. You will lead the CSOPTC Operations team, oversee department policy, programs, staff, and scheduling to support NGBs and athletes.

You’ll collaborate to improve efficiency, manage budgets, coordinate housing, dining, and facilities, and ensure data integrity in scheduling systems while maintaining exceptional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of full-time housing/program management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing operations in housing facilities, including occupancy management and revenue generation.
• Knowledge of property management systems and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and mentorship to the Operations staff and manage scheduling; oversee staffing and time off requests.
• Oversee programs that support high-performance needs of NGBs and Sport Performance.
• Collaborate with CSOPTC leadership to create and monitor operational strategy and long-term goals.
• Develop and refine internal operating systems to improve efficiency and cost savings.
• Ensure policies are communicated and adhered to; manage data in scheduling systems.
