Qualifications

3–5 years of total professional experience.
Experience in management consulting, investment banking, tech operations, or corporate strategy preferred.
Experience supporting corporate development workstreams (M&A research, diligence, integration).
Experience owning complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with AI infrastructure, cloud, or data storage markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive cross-functional operational programs from scoping through execution.
Support scalable business processes across GTM, Finance, Product, and People functions.
Build and maintain operating cadences with dashboards and reporting rhythms.
Prepare materials for executive and board audiences, including briefings and memos.
Identify operational gaps and track execution with measurable impact.
Act as connective tissue across functions to ensure alignment.
Conduct research for M&A targets, partnerships, and investments.
Develop market maps and target screening frameworks.
Support post-merger integration planning and execution.
