Job summary

The position reports to the Director, Strategic Operations and collaborates with program, finance, and procurement teams to improve efficiency and transparency in external affairs.

• Ability to coordinate across procurement, finance, and program teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the BRO team and provide direction, coaching, and workload management.
• Liaise between procurement, finance, and program teams to ensure timely processing of contracts and payments.
• Track contract workflows and identify delays or errors; ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Support program teams in accurate entry of contracts, grants, memberships, honoraria, and sponsorships.
• Build cross-functional relationships to improve efficiency and transparency in External Affairs.
