Imperial Star Solar, a rapidly expanding U.S. solar manufacturer, is seeking a Business Operations Manager in New York.

The role collaborates with executive leadership to coordinate strategic initiatives, improve operations, and support commercial activities in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. You will manage projects across departments, develop scalable processes, and maintain critical dashboards and CRM data to enable informed decisions and strong performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in business operations, project management, or cross-functional roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional projects across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Executive Management.
• Drive process improvement and build scalable workflows.
• Maintain CRM systems, dashboards, and sales reports.
• Support strategic initiatives and key business programs.
• Prepare executive presentations and internal communications.
