Job summary

FLHSMV is seeking an Operations & Management Consultant Manager - SES to direct and evaluate day-to-day issuance operations, including title/registration and specialty plates. You will develop plans, implement policies, and coordinate modernization projects while ensuring regulatory compliance and revenue integrity.

The role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and strong communication to liaise with executives and stakeholders, driving efficiency and service excellence in Florida’s vehicle

Qualifications

Experience supervising staff and mentoring teams.
Ability to interpret laws, rules and policies and apply them.
Proven ability to manage operations and respond to inquiries from leadership.

Responsibilities

Direct, manage and evaluate day-to-day operational activities of issuance oversight.
Develop and implement plans, policies and procedures for operations.
Coordinate modernization efforts and automated information systems.
