We’re an established, growing company seeking a hands-on Strategic Operations Manager with proven strength in four key areas: Strategic Growth Initiatives, KPIs, Creating SOPs, and Team Leadership.

Reporting directly to the EVP & Ownership, you’ll lead five direct reports and oversee supply chain, procurement, warehouse, distribution, logistics, and inventory operations supporting customers throughout North America. This newly created role offers broad ownership, executive visibility, and the opportunity to make an immediate impact with a booming business.

What You’ll Own

• Strategic Growth Initiatives: Partner with leadership to turn company goals into operational plans that support expansion, efficiency, and profitability.
• KPIs: Establish and track meaningful performance measures, using results to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Creating SOPs: Develop clear, practical standard operating procedures that streamline workflows, improve consistency, and support training.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop six direct reports, building accountability, collaboration, and strong performance.
• Daily Operations: Keep products moving accurately and on schedule while managing costs and maintaining safety, quality, and compliance.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Sales, and Finance to align inventory, resources, and customer needs.

What You Bring

You have 5–7+ years of progressive operations experience with some type of business that has a distribution component, and a track record of improving processes and developing teams. You’re comfortable planning with leadership, solving problems on the floor, and following through on the details.

Strong financial judgment, clear communication, and experience with warehouse and inventory systems are essential.
