New Talent seeks a hands-on Strategic Operations Manager to lead five direct reports and oversee supply chain, procurement, warehouse, distribution, logistics, and inventory operations across North America. The role offers broad ownership, executive visibility, and immediate impact in a growing business.

You’ll drive strategic growth initiatives, establish KPIs, create SOPs, and foster high-performance teamwork while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance in daily operations.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive operations experience with distribution.
• Strong financial judgment and clear communication.
• Experience leading a team and cross-department collaboration.
• Experience with warehouse and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth Initiatives: Partner with leadership to turn goals into operational plans for expansion and profitability.
• KPIs: Establish and track performance measures to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Creating SOPs: Develop clear SOPs to streamline workflows and training.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop six direct reports with accountability and high performance.
• Daily Operations: Keep products moving on schedule while managing costs and ensuring safety and quality.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Align inventory, resources, and customer needs with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Sales and Finance.
