Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Operations Liaison to support J5 activities on Indo-Pacific-focused missions. The role involves coordinating across planning staff, delivering briefings, and developing dashboards and AI-enabled workflows to improve operational outcomes.

The candidate will bring a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, extensive experience in JPP/MDMP, and a proven ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. US citizenship and a valid passport are required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with related experience.
• 10+ years of experience.
• Experience using JPP/MDMP for strategic decision-making.
• Strong independent work and prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in SharePoint and MS Office and data tools.
• Valid US Passport.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated desk coverage and regional situational awareness to external partners.
• Assist operational planning teams and cross-functional synchronization with J2/J3 teams.
• Assist with planning for SMEE and conferences; TDY to PACOM countries.
• Capture lessons learned and improve operational outcomes.
• Support planning workflows and dashboard capabilities, including AI-enabled tools.
• Prepare agendas/read-aheads for planning events and track actions.
• Deliver briefings to leadership and external organizations.
