Joyage Online Solutions Pvt Ltd. seeks a strategic Head of Operations to be the founder's partner and operational backbone for a high-growth luxury travel advisory. You will own systems, processes, and day-to-day coordination to keep the engine running smoothly in a hybrid work setting.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution—analyzing performance, building workflows, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring a seamless, high-touch client experience while scaling the business.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of strategy, PM, chief of staff, or similar roles.
• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Polished written and verbal client communications.
• Experience building workflows and systems from scratch.
• Background launching new business lines or ventures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic thought partner to Founder on planning and growth decisions.
• Lead end-to-end build-out of new business segments from opportunity to launch.
• Analyze performance and surface insights to improve efficiency.
• Own internal project management and prioritization across initiatives.
• Research and implement tools (including AI) to boost efficiency.
• Design and improve internal workflows, SOPs, and systems.
• Coordinate across team, partners, and clients for clear comms.
• Support marketing efforts and manage admin tasks as the business scales.
