Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic advisor to the SVP of Health100, enabling sustained focus on portfolio strategy and execution. The role operates in a fast-moving, startup‑like environment within a large enterprise, guiding leadership decisions with strong judgment and ownership.

You will liaise across product, engineering, design, and operations to ensure efficient information flow and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in a technology environment, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role influencing enterprise-level strategy and business decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate executive needs and act as an empowered representative across a broad range of organizational topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead with operating principles: outcomes over process, speed over routine, mission over routine.
• Navigate organizational obstacles to keep work moving forward and ensure clear decision and information flows across product, engineering, design, and operations.
• Escalate only those issues that materially impact portfolio vision, strategy, or execution for Health100 Product & Engineering.
