Job summary

Lifesong Church seeks a dedicated Operations leader to manage finances, IT, facilities, and HR in support of ministry vision. You will partner with church leadership to shape strategy and lead the Operations team to execute plans, build budgets, and steward resources well.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and robust project management, with a passion for empowering volunteers and improving church operations.

Qualifications

• Experience identifying leaders and building/leading teams.
• Strong strategic and creative thinking abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Solid project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finances, budgeting, and procurement with policy compliance.
• Oversee IT management and software solutions for ministry support.
• Oversee property and facilities care and maintenance.
• Administer HR functions for staff support and management.
• Collaborate with Lead Pastor/Executive Pastor to shape vision for Operations.
• Lead Operations staff to execute vision and strategy.
• Build and manage the Operations budget and stewardship.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Build and lead volunteer teams.
