Job summary

Central Pacific District seeks a Chief Operating Officer (Assistant to the Superintendent) to translate vision into operational reality. The role oversees KPI systems, church planting, evangelism initiatives, district events, and scalable technology infrastructure across multiple contexts, with a focus on growth from 106 to 200 churches.

The COO collaborates with the District Superintendent, Church Planting Director, and CFO to drive missionary impact and organizational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
MBA, MDiv, or Master’s in Organizational Leadership favored.
10+ years leadership in operations/finance; 5+ years managing budgets >$1M.
Experience building scalable systems in nonprofit or church settings.
Proven staff development and KPI implementation experience.
Christian CMA alignment with evangelism and church planting passion.
Strong cross-cultural ministry experience and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with CRM, data analytics, and tech systems.

Responsibilities

Lead KPI oversight, accountability, and performance coaching.
Oversee church planting strategies with the Director, including English and Chinese contexts.
Shape evangelism initiatives and district-wide campaigns toward growth goals.
Manage district events, budgets, and strategic tech scaling.
Collaborate with CFO and DS to align finances with growth plans.
Develop scalable, mission-aligned organizational systems.
