Job summary

You will guide the organization’s functional capacity to support sustainable growth, reduce risk, and deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences across locations such as Eagan, Minnetonka, or Sioux Falls.

Collaboration with executive management to define operating goals and budgets, oversee resource deployment and change management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, IT or related field.
• 8–10 years of related banking operations experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with regulatory risk management and audits.
• Proven ability to design and improve operational processes.
