Job summary

Minwest Bank in Minnesota is seeking a senior operations leader to plan, develop, and execute operational policies under the CEO. You will align budgets and goals to drive sustainable growth, minimize risk, and deliver consistent customer experiences.

As COO, you will work with executive management to establish operating goals, deploy resources, and oversee cross-functional initiatives while guiding change management and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, IT or related field.
• 8-10 years related experience in banking or operations.
• Banking experience required.
• Strong background in operations with progressive leadership experience.
• Regulatory environment and risk management experience.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational change management and operational improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for studying and optimizing organizational processes to improve efficiency, quality, service, and profitability.
• Translate strategic vision into operational goals and measurable outcomes with executive leadership.
• Manage multiple complex initiatives to optimize operations aligned with objectives.
• Oversee data-driven analysis of KPIs and performance metrics to drive improvements.
