Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership on annual operating budgets and headcount allocation.
• Coordinate headcount tracking, organizational structures, and data reconciliation for planning cycles.
• Monitor hiring velocity, attrition trends, and pipeline against targets with Recruiting and HR.
• Translate team growth and equipment needs into space plans and CapEx requests.
• Facilitate recurring operational reviews, leadership staff meetings, and action item tracking.
• Prepare executive communications, agendas, and post-event notes.
