Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in New Stanton, PA is seeking a Strategic Operations Lead for the WPB Mechanical and Breaker Products team. You will drive operational excellence, align plant operations with broader business objectives, and deploy strategic inventory initiatives.

The role reports to the Manager, Mechanical and Breaker Products, requires a Bachelor's in engineering/ops, 7+ years, and is on-site five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years in manufacturing, operations strategy, or continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, systems, and KPIs.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with project, product, and inventory managers on decisions.
• Partner with plant leadership to identify gaps and implement improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement with Lean, Six Sigma, and related methods.
• Monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost; act on actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute major projects.
• Support capacity planning and production optimization.
• Develop standardized processes for consistency and scalability.
• Report progress to senior leadership with measurable results.
