Job summary

Orbis, a technology company focused on sovereign intelligence, seeks an experienced Strategic Operations Advisor to lead program planning and evaluation for a US Intelligence Community client. This role involves applying all-source intelligence analysis, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven insights to improve performance, with occasional overseas travel and senior-level briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years in a consulting role in the IC or 10 years combined IC experience.
• Experience in the South America AOR.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly.
• 5+ years relevant IC analyst/targeting experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and briefing skills.
• Familiarity with all-source intelligence analysis fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Consult with teammates and clients on development and implementation of process improvement and program evaluation tasks.
• Develop policy/process/training recommendations to enable vision achievement.
• Design research strategies to measure performance of units and activities; create metrics and data collection methods.
• Conduct research including document reviews, interviews, and gap analyses; coordinate data collection and discussions.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative information to provide insights on strengths and challenges.
• Present results and recommendations to the team at working level.
• Create visual presentations of data and analysis; draft reports for senior leadership.
• Brief senior customers on research plans, activities, findings and recommendations.
• Perform all-source intelligence research, analysis, and report writing/editing.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
