Job summary

Strativia in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Intelligence Operations Manager to lead and support all-source intelligence programs within DOE and IC, coordinating across agencies and contracts.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business or national security and at least 4 years in intelligence-related work, with strong research, analysis, and crisis management skills; you'll ensure SOPs and continuity planning while advancing operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or national security field.
• At least 4 years of related experience.
• Experience in intelligence programs or projects.
• Experience with all-source information including HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, Open Source, ELINT.
• Strong intelligence research, analysis, and production skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support all-source intelligence operations and interact with U.S. Government agencies.
• Oversee contracts and projects, manage funds, and ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Brief senior DOE officials and foster relationships across DOE, the IC, and other offices.
• Produce intelligence reports and maintain sensitive information control.
• Execute emergency procedures and support continuity of operations planning.
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve Intelligence Operations Center efficiency.
• Draft crisis and consequence management and operational plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
