Orbis is seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Advisor, Expert to lead program planning and evaluation for a US Intelligence Community client. The role involves applying analytics, all-source intelligence methods, and research design to deliver performance insights and actionable recommendations.

Travel to client sites is expected. The consultant will engage with senior stakeholders and deliver briefings, reports, and visual data presentations to support decision-making and mission

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly.
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IC/related roles.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a consulting role in the IC or combined IC experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent oral presentation and briefing skills.
• Knowledge of all-source intelligence analysis fundamentals.
• Familiarity with the customer’s report writing standards.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage status reporting and communications.
• High integrity and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Consult with teammates and clients on process improvement and evaluation tasks.
• Develop recommendations to enable achievement of vision.
• Design research to measure performance and collect data and develop metrics.
• Conduct document reviews, structured interviews, and gap analyses with stakeholders.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative information to provide comprehensive insights.
• Socialize results and recommendations with the team at working level.
• Prepare visual presentations of data and analysis.
• Prepare reports for senior leadership based on plans and findings.
• Brief senior level customers on plans, findings and recommendations.
• TDY travel to client sites.
