Galderma seeks an Associate Director to lead high-impact strategic initiatives across our dermatology portfolio. The role partners with senior leaders to translate priorities into actionable plans and measurable results, driving cross-functional execution with discipline and speed.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in strategic programs within skincare/pharma, with strong data analytics and stakeholder management skills, and an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives, preferably in skincare/pharma/dermatology.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-impact strategic initiatives across skincare/enterprise.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify, prioritize, and solve business challenges.
• Distribute executive-level communications and manage cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans with milestones and metrics.
• Secure executive buy-in through compelling business cases and value realization.
