You will drive planning, prioritization, and execution across Accounting, Tax, Legal, Technology, and shared services to ensure initiatives advance efficiently.

The role emphasizes strong organization, proactive problem solving, and leadership to turn priorities into action in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in operations or project management.
• At least 2 years of direct reports management.
• Proven track record coordinating multi-team, cross-functional projects.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from planning to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and decision points.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and recommend solutions to keep work moving forward.
• Provide leadership with regular updates on progress, priorities, risks, and decisions.
