Walton Enterprises seeks a Senior Operations Manager for the Walton Personal Philanthropy Group (WPPG) in Bentonville, AR. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8–10 years of experience in operations, project management, business operations, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience managing one or more direct reports.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple complex, cross-functional projects from planning through implementation and completion.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing project plans, tracking progress, and communicating status to leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and decision points.
• Monitor project status, risks, and propose solutions to keep work moving.
• Provide leadership with regular updates on progress, priorities, risks, and decisions.
• Translate leadership priorities into actionable work plans and coordinate execution.
• Coordinate sequencing of work to achieve goals and initiatives.
• Manage annual reporting cadence with milestones, inputs, reviews, and deadlines.
• Support operational readiness for new initiatives, processes, and changes.
• Maintain SOPs, templates, and handbooks for consistent execution.
• Utilize project tools and maintain trackers/dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Recommend improvements to tools and systems to increase efficiency.
