The Associate Director, Business Operations, US Aesthetics is a highly visible role that serves as a strategic and operational partner to the Aesthetics leadership team. This role supports strategic planning, project management, and operational execution across the Aesthetics portfolio, helping translate business priorities into clear plans, coordinated action, and measurable outcomes.
Working closely with senior leaders in sales, marketing, and cross functional groups, this individual will help drive key business initiatives, support executive communications, and improve the effectiveness of cross-functional ways of working. The ideal candidate brings strong business judgment, analytical capability, executive presence, and a hands‑on, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves approach to execution.
This role requires the ability to perform standard office activities, including extended periods of computer use, participation in virtual and in‑person meetings, and collaboration across teams. Depending on business needs, occasional travel may be required. Work environments and physical requirements may vary based on the requirements of the role. The target base salary range for this role is $150,000-$190,000 per year. This range reflects the anticipated compensation for the role. Where pay falls withing the range may vary based on many factors, including, but not limited to, job responsibilities, skills, experience, education, certifications, location and applicable geographic pay zones, market conditions, internal equity and business considerations. Compensation decisions are made based on an assessment of the candidate’s qualifications and the totality of relevant factors.
