Atlas Privacy is building a privacy-first future in America. We’re a fast-growing startup tackling data exploitation and privacy violations, with a mission to empower people over their personal data.

The Operations Lead will partner with the CEO to own day-to-day operations, HR, Finance, and legal/compliance. You will drive strategic planning, payroll, recruiting, and multi-state expansion, building repeatable processes and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, legal, or venture capital.
• 3+ years in BizOps or Operations at high-growth companies.
• Willing to work 60+ hours per week.
• Personal interest in the mission to give people power over their personal data.
• Extreme ownership, comfort with ambiguity and bias towards action.
• Exceptional written communication skills and strong analytical background.
• Willingness to work cross-functionally on admin tasks and growth projects.
• Prior experience in legal/privacy or with the public sector is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Special Projects: jump on projects not explicitly listed to support the small, nimble team.
• Strategic Planning: drive leadership meetings, track goals, build dashboards, manage financials, and set operating cadence.
• Company Finance & Operations: own payroll, HRIS, onboarding, invoicing, hiring, and knowledge systems; ensure multi-state compliance.
• Business Expansion: lead multi-state privacy program rollouts and coordinate across teams for successful launches.
• Playbook Development: define repeatable processes to support rapid growth, including onboarding and state launches.
