Job summary

Arena Intelligence is hiring a dedicated privacy and trust operations lead to build the program from the ground up. You will own privacy operations, data lifecycle controls, and compliance across the product and data platforms, partnering with Engineering and Legal to ship safe, trusted AI capabilities.

This onsite role in San Francisco collaborates with leadership, shaping governance, risk, and customer trust in a fast-paced research-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building privacy or compliance programs.
• Deep knowledge of GDPR and US state privacy regimes.
• Experience with audit frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Lead privacy operations and the commercial data path end-to-end.
• Oversee compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, NIST AI RMF) and third-party risk.
• Manage model-provider compliance, data processing terms, and provider screening.
• Govern trust and safety with mandated reporting, evidence preservation, and regulatory disclosures.
