Job summary

Kiso Technology, LLC. is hiring an operations lead to serve as the backbone of the company as it scales. You will report to the founders and build systems across all functions, creating efficiency and alignment while thriving in ambiguity.

You will own core operations, talent/recruiting, finance/compliance, culture/events, and brand effort, shaping how the business grows and delivers on ambitious plans. This is an in-person role in San Francisco with competitive compensation and a performance

Qualifications

• A high-agency generalist who thrives in ambiguity and can build systems from scratch.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; you make complex things clear and get people rowing in the same direction.
• Strong judgment on when to systematize versus when to just get something done.
• Comfort working directly with founders and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Core Operations: onboarding/off-boarding, payroll coordination, office management, internal tooling and processes.
• Talent & Recruiting: run recruiting motions from top of funnel to offers, build scalable processes, partner with leadership on headcount.
• Finance & Compliance: manage AP/AR cycles, budgeting support, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Culture, Events, & Community: plan offsites, team-building, and external events to amplify brand.
• Brand, Design, & Marketing: evolve visual identity and campaign materials across touchpoints.
• Strategic Initiatives & Business Development: identify growth opportunities and partnerships.
