Kiso Technology in San Francisco is seeking an operations lead to serve as the backbone of the company as it scales. You will own multiple core areas, build scalable processes, and work closely with founders and senior leaders to drive company-wide efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• A high-agency generalist who thrives in ambiguity and can build systems from scratch.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; you make complex things clear and get people rowing in the same direction
• Strong judgment on when to systematize versus when to just get something done
• Comfort working directly with founders and senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Core Operations: manage onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, office management, and internal tooling and processes.
• Talent & Recruiting: run recruiting from top of funnel to offer, coordinate interview loops, build scalable hiring processes, partner on headcount planning.
• Finance & Compliance: manage AP/AR, support budgeting and forecasting, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Culture, Events, & Community: plan offsites, team-building, and external events to amplify brand and relationships.
• Brand, Design, & Marketing: evolve visual identity and marketing materials, campaigns, and brand consistency across touchpoints.
• Strategic Initiatives & Business Development: identify growth opportunities, lead special projects, develop partnership channels.
