Girl Scouts of Central Texas in Austin is seeking a Director of the Executive Office to partner with the CEO and the Executive Team, turning strategy into action and strengthening governance and cross-functional collaboration.

This exempt, full-time role leads governance processes, supports fundraising, and manages the CEO's calendar, travel, and communications, with a focus on organizational effectiveness and mission impact.

Qualificações

• Seven+ years in strategic planning, governance, or executive support.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operations of the Executive Office and partner with the CEO.
• Coordinate governance with Board, committees, and bylaws.
• Manage fundraising support and donor engagement processes.
• Oversee calendar, travel, budgets, and internal meetings.
