Job summary

Suja Life, Inc. is seeking a Director of Operations Finance to lead the finance function for the supply chain—from procurement and manufacturing to logistics and distribution.

You will own COGS, inventory, and product costing, and drive gross margin expansion with a focus on productivity and capital decisions. The role partners with the CFO and executive team to deliver insights, manage a high‑performing team, and shape strategy across procurement, planning, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior finance business partner to operations and supply chain leadership.
• Lead annual operations and supply chain planning including COGS build and inventory plans.
• Own end-to-end product costing, including BOM and routing accuracy, and variances.
