Job summary

SiTime is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, Manufacturing Finance to partner with Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain. This leader will own manufacturing planning, inventory and standard costing, and gross margin insights to drive financial outcomes.

The role combines FP&A, cost accounting, and controllership disciplines to translate operational data into actionable financial guidance. The successful candidate will strengthen processes, controls, analytics, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing finance or related roles with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting and variances.
• Experience in semiconductor or hardware manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to translate operational activity into financial insight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a business setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for manufacturing operations.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain on reviews with KPIs and variance analysis.
• Develop driver-based models linking volume, mix, yield to COGS and gross margin.
• Prepare concise financial narratives for exec reviews and forecasts.
• Oversee inventory reconciliations and valuation analyses.
• Coach and develop cost accounting resources and build analytics.
