Job summary

Schreiber Foods, a leading dairy producer, is seeking an Operations Finance Manager to serve as a strategic finance partner across U.S. Operations.

You will leverage advanced analytics to drive profitability, lead end-to-end FP&A processes, and influence senior leaders while championing automation and continuous improvement. The role is regional with a hybrid schedule and travel to Missouri facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related business discipline; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years in FP&A, operations finance, accounting, or related field; manufacturing costing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant, operations, and corporate leadership to drive financial and operational improvements.
• Lead analytics, dashboards, reporting, and decision-support tools to benchmark performance.
• Own complex analyses, forecasting, and scenario planning to inform strategy across U.S. Operations.
• Lead end-to-end FP&A processes and cross-functional initiatives; support standardization of practices.
