Schreiber Foods is seeking an Operations Finance Manager to partner with U.S. Operations, using advanced analytics to drive profitability and operating effectiveness. The role is regional with a hybrid work model and travel to Missouri facilities as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and 7+ years of FP&A/operations finance experience, with strong GAAP knowledge and a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related business discipline preferred.
• Typically seven or more years FP&A, operations finance, accounting experience.
• Manufacturing cost accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of operations finance and FP&A practices.
• Ability to diagnose cross-functional problems and implement improvements.
• Strong communication and financial storytelling skills.
• Willingness to adopt modern analytics, automation, and AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted relationships with plant, operations, category, and leadership.
• Design analytics, dashboards, reporting, and decision-support tools.
• Own complex analyses, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve EBITDA.
• Lead US Operations management reporting and financial storytelling.
• Own US obsolete inventory FP&A process end to end.
• Evaluate accounting and costing practices across units.
• Lead site FP&A processes and provide leadership across Missouri.
• Safeguard assets and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Lead regional finance projects and coach colleagues.
