Job summary

Schreiber Foods is seeking an Operations Finance Manager to serve as a senior finance partner across U.S. Operations.

You will use advanced analytics, financial expertise, and business insight to identify performance drivers, shape decisions, and improve profitability and operational effectiveness. This regional role offers hybrid work, travel to Missouri sites as needed, and responsibility for end-to-end FP&A, inventory and cost management, and partner reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related business discipline; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Typically seven+ years of FP&A, operations finance, accounting, or related experience.
• Manufacturing cost accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and end-to-end processes that impact multi-site results.
• Ability to diagnose cross-functional problems and implement improvements in processes, systems, reporting, or controls.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with plant, operations, category, and corporate leadership to advise on financial and operational matters.
• Lead analytics, dashboards, reporting, and decision-support tools; champion scalable technology and responsible AI adoption.
• Own complex analyses, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support objectives and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve EBITDA, strengthen working capital, and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Lead U.S. Operations reporting, including executive storytelling and progress reporting for savings initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end FP&A processes for site-level costing and financial close support.
• Safeguard assets and reporting integrity through internal controls and GAAP adherence.
• Lead regional cross-functional finance projects and coach colleagues.
