Job summary

Ready Foods, Inc. in Denver seeks an experienced Plant Controller to serve as a hands‑on finance partner to manufacturing operations, connecting financial results to how products are made and why costs vary.

You will lead plant budgeting, forecasting, standard costing, inventory controls and variance analysis, while partnering with operations leaders to identify root causes and drive better decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing accounting, standard costing, budgeting and forecasting.
• CPA/CMA or MBA preferred.
• Ability to connect financial results to plant operations and root causes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Finance partner to plant leadership and translate activity into financial insight.
• Spend time on the plant floor to understand processes and labor/equipment effects on cost.
• Lead plant budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting.
• Own and explain plant P&L by connecting results to operating drivers.
• Lead standard-cost and variance analyses across materials, labor, overhead, yield, scrap, volume.
