Job summary

Doyon, Limited is seeking a results-driven executive to analyze performance across its operating companies and drive improvements. Reporting to the Sr. VP/COO, you will help shape strategic plans, oversee due diligence for acquisitions, and supervise integration programs.

This role emphasizes collaboration with the leadership team, budgeting, KPI reviews, and cross-functional project management. Alaska Native culture familiarity is valued, with travel required and a focus on long-term

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 15+ years management experience.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with ANCSA-related issues.
MBA or financial analysis experience (preferred).
General Management experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Analyze performance of operating companies and propose improvements.
Review KPIs with COO, CFO and GMs to align operations with strategy.
Support strategic planning for DFOCs to enhance profitability and efficiency.
Assist with business development and acquisitions due diligence and integration.
Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate quarterly General Managers meetings.
