Job summary

Doyon, Limited seeks an experienced Operations Analyst to join the Anchorage team, focusing on analyzing performance across operating companies and implementing recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.

Under the Sr. VP/COO, you will participate in strategic planning, due diligence for acquisitions, budgeting, and cross-unit project coordination, while upholding Alaska Native preferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or minimum of 15 years management experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Two years or more experience working with a company impacted by ANCSA related issues.
• MBA or financial analysis experience (preferred).
• General Management experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to gauge progress toward goals.
• Review KPIs with COO/CFO and subs to align operations with strategy.
• Participate in strategic planning for long-range goals to boost profitability and efficiency.
• Support business development to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Track project implementation and performance across units.
• Analyze industries Doyon is involved in or pursuing.
• Assist annual and long-term operational plans and budgets; monitor variances.
• Plan and facilitate quarterly General Managers meetings.
• Coordinate intra-company projects (logistics and comms, North Slope property).
