The successful candidate will direct operations, plan annual budgets, and develop new business while ensuring sustainable growth across units.

Qualifications

• 10 years proven experience as a Managing Director or similar executive role.
• 15 years of Federal Government contracting leadership in a senior role.
• Deep knowledge of FAR and SBA 8(a) program rules.
• Experience planning budgeting and managing P&L across a portfolio of contracts.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subsidiaries business line revenue and budgets.
• Develop and expand current and new customers; create backlog for subsidiaries.
• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and capital planning across units.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and corporate policies.
• Manage talent, undertake personnel development, and oversee recruitment and training.
