Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Communications & Public Affairs seeks a Senior Director to lead MT CPA strategy and operations for a global function. The role partners with MT CPA leadership to drive transformation, improve performance, and deliver measurable business impact.

Based in the United States with a preferred location in New Brunswick, NJ, remote options may be considered case-by-case. The leader will oversee planning, governance, analytics, and technology enablement to advance enterprise

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in communications, public affairs, marketing, business operations, strategy, consulting, digital transformation, or related fields.
Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience, including people leadership and/or leadership of cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of communications, public affairs, reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and culture-building.
Experience leading strategy, operations, transformation, capability-building, or process improvement initiatives in a global environment.

Responsibilities

Define and operationalize the function’s strategic priorities, transformation roadmap, and annual planning process.
Lead governance, budgeting, vendor management, and priority project management processes.
Build and lead insights and measurement frameworks to demonstrate impact and inform decisions.
