Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Director, MT CPA Strategy & Operations to lead strategy, operating model evolution, and performance measurement for MedTech Communications & Public Affairs across global markets.

This executive partners with the Global Vice President and MT CPA Leadership to drive budget governance, vendor management, and capability-building, delivering measurable business impact while advancing a Credo-based culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in communications, public affairs, marketing, business operations, strategy, consulting, digital transformation, or related fields.
• Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience, including people leadership and/or leadership of complex cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, vendors, governance processes, and enterprise-level projects.
• Experience using data, insights, analytics, measurement to inform strategy and improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize the function’s strategic priorities, transformation roadmap, and annual planning.
• Lead assessment of core MT CPA processes to drive growth, reputation and culture.
• Bring external insights and best practices to modernize the function and enable agility.
