Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Director, MT CPA Strategy & Operations to lead strategic planning, operating model evolution, and capability-building across Global MedTech Communications & Public Affairs.

The role collaborates with the Global VP and MT CPA Leadership Team to drive business impact, governance, and scalable operations while advancing Credo-based culture and enterprise alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 12 years in communications, public affairs, marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of communications, public affairs, reputation management, and culture-building.
• Experience leading strategy, operations, transformation, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, governance, and enterprise-level projects.
• Experience using data and insights to inform strategy and performance.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize the function’s strategic priorities and transformation roadmap.
• Lead assessment of core MT CPA processes to drive growth, reputation, and culture.
• Bring external insights and best practices to modernize the function.
