Responsibilities

• Provides training on new applications and documents processes and workflows.
• Performs financial reviews and analyses, monitors billing activities and expenditures.
• Coordinates special projects and allocates financial, material, and human resources.
• Oversees division records management to ensure compliance with Florida public records retention.
• Assists division managers with strategic and long-range planning and budgeting.
