The role translates executive priorities into actionable plans, ensures initiatives progress, and supports budget, procurement, and executive communications.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent with 11 years related work experience
• 2 Year College Degree with 9 years related work experience
• Bachelor's Degree with 7 years related work experience
• Master's Degree with 5 years related work experience

Responsibilities

• Translate department priorities into actionable plans, timelines and follow-up.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate multiple teams.
• Track progress, identify risks, elevate decisions to leadership.
• Maintain operating rhythms through leadership meetings and updates.
• Lead special projects and executive communications on behalf of the Deputy Director.
• Coordinate external partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
