• Budget coordination, procurement coordination, and vendor/partner engagement.

Responsibilities

• Translate department priorities into actionable plans, timelines, and follow-up.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and divisions.
• Track progress, identify risks or barriers, and elevate decision points to the Deputy Director.
• Lead leadership meetings, executive updates, project reviews, and department communications cadences.
• Support budget planning, forecasting expenditure tracking, procurement processes, and vendor follow-up.
• Develop executive communications, memos, talking points, and briefing materials for the Deputy Director.
• Coordinate external partnerships and strategic engagement activities as needed.
