Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of the laws, principles, policies, and practices of the acquisition process (FAR/DFARS).
• Experience using OCS planning tools and frameworks (OCS Estimate, CSOR, CSSM, Annex W).
• Experience developing IGCE, PWS, and SOW for quotes and contracts.
• Ability to gather and measure performance of acquisition programs using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Strong written and oral communication, briefing, and negotiation skills at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as Operational Contract Support Advisor in the OCS Division of CNSSC Operational Support Field.
• Advise senior leaders and chair high-level boards on contracting matters and policy changes.
• Coordinate with interagency partners to implement recommendations involving substantial resources.
