Job summary

NAVSUP in the Tampa area seeks an Operational Contract Support Advisor within the CNSSC OCS Division to help integrate contracting support into military plans and brief senior leaders.

The role requires expert knowledge of FAR/DFARS, experience with IGCE/PWS/SOW, and use of OCS planning tools, with strong communication to coordinate with interagency partners for effective contract solutions.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of FAR/DFARS and joint/naval contracting doctrine.
• Expert skill using OCS planning tools to integrate commercial support into plans.
• Experience developing IGCE, PWS and SOW to create a quote and packages.
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques to measure program effectiveness.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to brief senior leaders and negotiate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on acquisition planning and contracting within the OCS division.
• Coordinate with interagency partners to implement contract solutions for operation needs.
